Good to know before you book.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, large events, and popular dates. Availability is based on your event date and the specific pieces you are interested in.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup, installation, and pickup can be included with your rental depending on the items selected and your event location. These fees are quoted separately when applicable.
Can rental pieces be customized?
Many of our pieces can be customized with florals, signage, colors, vinyl, branding, and other design details. Customization options vary by item.
Do you require a deposit?
A retainer is required to reserve your event date and selected rental pieces. Your custom quote will include payment terms and any remaining balance due dates.
Can I rent just one item?
Absolutely. You can select individual rental pieces or combine multiple items to create a more complete event installation.
What areas do you service?
Bougie Backdrops serves Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding areas. Travel outside the standard service area may be available for an additional fee.
